We stayed in Sardinia in May, hence there were barely people in the neighborhood. The house was perfect for us and our family (plus dog) enjoyed the fenced garden to the fullest. There is also a small dog beach just 5 walking minutes away. It has everything you need to stay for a few weeks. To go to other beaches or Santa Teresa you need a car. Giuseppe is very friendly and always available for questions. Many thanks, we had a great holiday.

Overall, the whole situation there was a lot to me personally. The house with its yard and garden is not far from the sea(3 km) in the middle of a small collection of houses. It is possible to have a quiet secluded existence there. There is a good pizzeria nearby. The spacious apartment is well furnished. The owner Nuccia is extremely friendly and her acquaintance was an enrichment for me. I had a wonderful time there. The car I was able to park in the yard was quite important to me.

This apartment was everything we needed for a family of two. It was clean and so well packed. The kitchen (it was so well equipped, it had absolutely everything you can think of: from food containers, to oven paper, olive oil, condiments, every small details to have a meal). The beach is around 600 m away and you can go by foot (for that you can also find an umbrella in the apartment which was really nice because we didn’t had to buy one for just a couple of days). The guest was responsive to every question we had and we had an incredible time. Thank you for having us!

Rosandra's beautiful apartment was by far the most beautiful vacation home we've ever had. The layout of the apartment is perfect, with a sea view that is second to none. Everything was super clean and in a very good condition. The house beach can be reached in a few minutes, beautiful other beaches can be easily reached with a smaller hike (20 minutes - 1 hour). You can even walk to Santa Theresa in 40 minutes. If we come to Sardinia again, then definitely to Rosandra😃

We had a wonderful time in Santa Theresa and will definitely come back. I am traveling with my parents and my two boys (2 and 4 years old). There are a lot of toys for girls, we had our own things with us:). Good shower and well-equipped kitchen. We practically always ate at home and cooked a lot. The communication was very good and helpful. We will be happy to come back. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect stay at Amandine and Fernando's! Amandine is an exceptional hostess: very kind, attentive, responsive and always ready to help. The accommodation is a real cocoon, even more beautiful than in the photos: tastefully decorated, spacious, bright and impeccably clean. Every detail has been thought out for guest comfort. It has everything you need and much more: games for children, first aid kit, very well-equipped kitchen... A real feeling of "like home", better! Thank you to Amandine and Fernando for their generosity and hospitality. We'll be happy to go back!
