Easy access to A13, 5 min to Louviers, 15 min to Val de Reuil station, 30 min to Rouen/Évreux, ideal stopover on the Paris-Caen route. "Natural" garden enclosed and not overlooked. Simple, unpretentious family cottage. Terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, slide, swings… Parking inside the garden. Dogs accepted most often: prior exchange. Small independent entire accommodation in the extension of our house. Horse accommodation possible in the meadow.

The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.
