The living room offers a splendid sea view and opens onto an outdoor patio, also overlooking the sea, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing at sunset. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

The house is the ground floor of a terraced house, a few steps from the sea. Its proximity to the beach (30 m.) and the city center (6km) offers the possibility of experiencing the sea, nature, sport and the opportunity to learn about the history and art of the native people. On the pedestrian promenade you can walk enjoying the view of the Sella del Diavolo or do sports. The numerous clubs on the beach offer good music, dancing and local culinary specialites. The charming holiday home Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, southern Sardinia, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 50 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Villa Lux offers a very bright interior space with large windows overlooking the private garden with its 50 sqm swimming pool. Upstairs is the terrace of about 130 square meters.

The House is in rustic style surrounded by an olive grove, it is composed of a large living room with a characteristic fireplace and wooden countertop. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The bedrooms have both a double bed and one has an additional single bed. A fifth room serves as a closet.
