The farmhouse is located about 35 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Tuscany and close to many places rich in history and culture. The estate has a total of 10 apartments, and a swimming pool with a large flower garden surrounded by beautiful olive trees available to its guests. Each apartment has its own outdoor space with private table, chairs and umbrella.

The apartment (55 sqm) is located on the upper floor of the old country house, which we converted in the Tuscan style, with its own terrace. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The house, on the southern slope of Morrona, is very quiet, close to the village, which can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. There is a small alimentari and a café/bar. Ideal location for exploring Tuscany. Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Florence and the coast are all less than an hour's drive away
