The back yard is completely fenced and is shaded by beautiful 100 year old oak trees. I also allow guest to bring a pet with a $75 fee. Pet should weigh under 30 pounds. Unit does NOT have full kitchen (fridge & microwave). 10 minute walk to St. Charles streetcar line. $10/10 minute Uber to downtown/French Quarter. Limit 2 guests. Dogs allowed & on premises.
