Beautiful modern apartment with everything we may need, Sergio is a wonderful helpful and responsive host. We had a great time, hope to come again and can really recommend Sergio and the apartment!

We were very well welcomed by our host who was very warm with my family. We communicated during the stay and he was always responsive. On the equipment side everything works (although we abandoned the use of the dishwasher which did not wash very well). However, it is difficult to properly adjust the air conditioning as we can't adjust it room by room (but it works and that's the main one!) So make sure to turn it on before you go out if you want to sleep cool. For children: provide a non-slip bath mat in your suitcases because the showers are slippery for small monsters. Good quality bedding, clean linen. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

It is an ideal apartment, with all the amenities, just two streets from downtown, which allowed us to go and return comfortably if we forgot something. The apartment has charm, the area is very quiet, we were able to disconnect and relax. It is certainly an ideal option to stay in Teruel. We just felt that the bathroom is too big and maybe it will fall short if it is occupied by the six squares it has (we were four and we had to take turns); otherwise, we would come back without hesitation.

Great view and good location

Enchanted with the stay in Tabarreña. The hosts were very friendly and were aware of us, the house is as seen, decorated with care, with a perfectly equipped kitchen and a beautiful porch, perfect for spending a few quiet days.

We were delighted with this accommodation, we wanted tranquility and disconnection and that's what we found, Dani responded as soon as he was asked something and they immediately told us that we could tell him anything. I took my two dogs with me, they were very well received by everyone and without any problems from the owners I'd come back again without thinking about it

the house is very spacious,comfortable and has spectacular views. it is very new, large fridge, kitchen utensils,large terrace to enjoy the outside overlooking the sea. all the exterior windows and a large living room and with very good views. very recommended for a holiday.

The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. There are several markets, restaurants and the beach is also 5-8 minutes away. A perfect place for families with the Marina d'Or show and several (amusement) parks. The pool was also perfect for the kids. I have no complaints. And communication with Ruben was also smooth. He responds quickly and is very friendly. I can only recommend this apartment :)

Very well located apartment, very close to the supermarkets to shop and restaurants, in addition to being on the beachfront. Clean and tidy apartment, ideal for spending your vacations. Very good service from the owners of the apartment.

We have been to the house for a few days and it is even better than the pictures. Fully renovated, the kitchen and baths give taste, and the terrace there are no words, incredible views, you can hear the sea all the time. Highlight the treatment of William, the concierge, who was the person who received us and who helped us as much as possible in our stay. You have everything close and great to spend a few days on the beach!

Excellent location in perhaps one of the best developments in Alcocéber. In front of Playa del Moro. Bus stop at the door, small supermarket next door, very large and very quiet development. A good pool and a huge green area. The apartment is good, clean, large and with everything you need.

The apartment is wonderful, the terrace, the ocean views, the community pool, the location... we really enjoyed the house and the area, we will definitely be back. Paloma was a very friendly host, attentive and concerned that we were comfortable and at ease in her apartment. When we arrived there was no toaster, we mentioned it and she immediately brought us one, a great touch!! Thank you so much for everything Paloma!

We were very comfortable in the apartment (two adults and a year and a half child). It has everything you need to be as if you were in your home. In addition, they left us some details as a courtesy (food, amenities and for my son ) that were very helpful. The bedrooms do not have a/c but they have fans with which you can sleep perfectly. They are quite powerful. The kitchen is very well equipped: oven, washing machine, dishwasher, several pans and cazos, coffee machines capsules and Italian, toaster, kitchenware also children's (which proved to be of great help),... Anyway, very practical. Likewise, Federico, the antitrion, always very attentive and decisive. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great time, everything was even better than described on the listing - Lara was so lovely and helpful showing us the area of Benicàssim. Can’t wait to visit again!
