With a total surface area of 77 m2, this is an ideal accommodation for 4 people, and it also has a sofa bed in the living area for the 5th or 6th person. The Seidia apartment, with fantastic views of the mountains of the Els Ports region, offers all the luxury and comfort for a relaxing stay with family or friends. It is equipped with all the amenities to spend a few days on vacation with family or friends in this area of the Els Ports region and next to the Matarraña. On the ground floor of the accommodation (41m2) we find the room formed by the living area, dining room and kitchen, the latter with a peninsula layout that gives great spaciousness and functionality to the entire space. The kitchen has all the relevant appliances and necessities (ceramic stovetop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, cooking utensils, kitchenware, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.). Also on the same level, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a custom-made oak dressing room, and a bathroom. The bathroom is full (includes bidet) and a shower effect rain on the ground. This entire floor is invaded by a lot of natural light thanks to the imposing balcony with wooden railing typical of the balconies of this town square, and rustic mud tile floor recovered from the old house. We continue with the upper floor, a single room of 26m2 as a suite with a large double bed 180x190, closet, bathroom, shower and, going up 3 small steps, the circular jacuzzi area with direct views of the sunset over the mountains. This entire space also has important natural light that is filtered through the 3 existing windows. The entire floor of the accommodation is top-quality porcelain and large format, with a cold/heat radiant system that allows the customer to regulate the temperature. The reminiscences of the Moorish princess Seidia are seen in this apartment thanks to the conception of an exquisite and refined space with the highest quality materials, select lighting pieces in noble finishes and a very studied chromatic combination. The Mimbre apartment is located on the first floor of the building, with a total of two bedrooms (one with a toilet), a full bathroom, a living/dining room and a kitchen. From the main staircase you can access the outdoor patio where the Jacuzzi, the barbecue and the washing machine are located. The Mimbre apartment has a balcony overlooking the church square.
