The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Stay in the tranquility of the countryside in a cozy cottage with river views. The cottage is small, in good condition and has everything you need. Electric sauna, shower, toilet, stove, dishes, fridge and cooking utensils There is a path to the beach and a rowboat in use. The beach is stone-based and has no jetty, so you must be able to swim if you want to take a dip in the river. The property has just been fitted with an air heat pump that keeps the apartment comfortably cool and brings pleasant warmth in winter.

The center of Tornio and the Swedish border are about 6 km away, Kemi 24 km, Rovaniemi 119 km and Santa Claus' Pajakylä 127 km. I live with my family in the same yard. The price includes linen and towels.

No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Renovated (Pictures of the kitchen updated), spacious and cozy apartment in a peaceful neighborhood, 5km from the center of Rovaniemi. The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella v. 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä terassi . Toinen erikseen kesäaikaan vuokrattavissa oleva sauna on aivan rannalla, saunan yhteydessä on palju sekä 8h grillillä varustettu huvimaja. Suotuvene käytössä asukkaille. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan. Hanoista tulee lähdevesi. Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!

Winter-inhabitable cottage

Tunnelmallinen, talviasuttava mökki 1,5 kilometrin päässä E75 tieltä. Mökillä on oma piha. Omalla sisääntulolla löytyy pieni kylpyhuone wc:llä ja kahden hengen puulämmitteinen sauna (puut sisältyvät hintaan). Mökissä televisio, jonka sovellukset toimivat vieraan omalla mobiilidatayhteydellä. Ilmalämpöpumpulla mökki pysyy viileänä kesällä. 3 Kilometrin päässä on pieni yleinen uimaranta.
