The house was charming, spotless, and very well-kept—a truly cozy and peaceful retreat. The surroundings were tranquil, making it a perfect getaway. We'd absolutely love to return Tom & Henne were friendly and responsive hosts.

Just outside (20-minute walk, 5 minutes on bike) small town with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops, in designated holiday 'bungalow park'. Free access to swimming pool 2 minutes away. Very quiet and peaceful, good size garden with chairs and tables. House was lovely, though we hadn't realised one bedroom could be accessed only through another one. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of fluffy towels! The sun shone all week, and we cycled a lot, beautiful area with good cycle paths/well-designed roads for cycling, always felt safe. I think we will be back!

We stayed at Annette‘s place for a long weekend with a with friends and their kids. We were 10 in total with 6 kids between 5 and 14 years old. The house with the spacious garden instantly captured the kids and us parents could start the relaxing weekend from the get go. The beautiful surroundings are great for walking, running, cycling or boating. Located within a nature reserve, there is plenty of outdoor activities to be had. We had a great time and are contemplating of going there again in the future!

This accommodation is located in a small holiday park, yet the apartments are very idyllically located with a private garden. An apartment has a jacuzzi that is heated with wood (takes about 3 hours to let in water and get to temperature). But it's always worth it, we spent every night in it. Each apartment has a slightly more comfortable bedroom with a double bed and two quite small (relatively cramped) rooms where in principle only the beds can be accommodated. However, it is completely sufficient for sleeping. The apartment with jacuzzi has 2 bathrooms, one of which only has a toilet. We stayed for breakfast in one of the two apartments with 10 people, which went without problems at the large dining table. 2 grills were also provided. Everything was great, we would come back again. But you definitely need a car, as you can only get on by bus to a limited extent.

We were in the house with a girls troupe for a short stay of 1 night. For us, the location was optimal, as there were no direct neighbors and you could also be a little louder in the evening. It only takes 5-6 minutes to get to the nearest supermarket and for breakfast in the city in the morning we also only needed 10 minutes by car. The parking in front of the house was great for us and we had enough space in the house. Already upon arrival, all the beds were made for us and there was a fresh towel. Communication with Gabriel was quick and hassle-free. There were minor flaws, but they didn't bother us personally. The price for the villa is of course not super cheap, but for our concern the place was perfect!

Nice place! We met here with a group of friends from all over the country. Had a very nice evening, celebrated nice party and enjoyed everything. Nanda is a great host: a lot is possible and allowed.

Cozy family house, with all the comforts. Large garden and lots of toys. Everything works and is comfortable.

We stayed at Paul's villa with 16 people, but it was also big enough for that and the amenities were sufficient. We were personally received very friendly, were even able to get into the villa a little more by arrangement. The garden was great for the kids and adults (sauna, hot tub). Clear recommendation also for large groups!

the house is very nice and spacious. Very comfortable for large groups because it is like being in a private hotel: each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and the living area is immense the house is within a tourist complex with related amenities (restaurant, pool, reception, etc.) the only thing missing in the house is a washer and dryer, available for a fee at the reception. a set of sheets and towels is included in the price, a positive aspect that was not clear from the listing. Mark is easily accessible and responds immediately to requests. We had a good time at his home.

We stayed at Pien’s place with a group of nine friends. Everybody was impressed with the place. The house is very luxurious and big. The bedrooms have private bathrooms. We decided not to go to a restaurant as the house and the kitchen were a treat for us to stay. The surrounding is very beautiful, fantastic view from the house to the fields and forest. We spotted deer in the garden! Overall we can highly recommend it.

The house was just great, we had beautiful weather and could use the huge garden, sauna and barbecue. We liked the dining area the most, which was cozy with glass fronts and views of the garden. We can imagine coming back again. Patrick was very responsive and ready for any question.

We have completely relaxed in this beautiful house and more than 10 seats in the gardens around it. After a good night's sleep in a super dark bedroom, feed the chickens and collect the eggs. A round of the house and today we are having brunch on the terrace. The sun is shining and we are sunbathing on the sunbeds, alternating with a dip in the pool. We attach the pizza oven and eat the homemade pizza at the long picnic table under the fruit trees. The day ends with eight o'clock on the sofa, looking at the fireplace and a good cup of freshly ground coffee, brewed exactly at the right strength. Need I say more? Thank you Helena and Martin! Ten out of ten.

A lovely quiet place. Spacious garden, beautiful views. The house is cozy, cozy and has all the comforts. Within fifteen minutes you are in beautiful forest areas where you can walk endlessly. Also a great place for cycling enthusiasts.

Beautiful canal house in a superb setting, ideally located in the park (grocery store, restaurant, swimming pool 100m away). Modern and spacious house for 8 people, with all amenities. The house is also perfectly located: a 15-minute walk through the woods to reach the Parc de la Haute Veluwe, a 30-minute drive from Apeldoorn and Het Loo Castle. Thanks to Hubb who was very responsive and made our stay easier. We'll be happy to go back! Stéphane

It was a great experience overall. Cute, clean, well-equipped place and nice garden. The only issue is the neighbors that’s been mentioned in former reviews. They were complaining already at 7pm on a Friday. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay.
