The Pigsty

Quirky self-contained accommodation nestled within the Bourne Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty, and a short distance from the nearby villages of St Mary Bourne and Hurstbourne Priors as well as the small market town, Whitchurch. St Mary Bourne offers two excellent pubs, a village shop and beautiful rural walks/runs along the Test Way. Close proximity to the Clock Barn wedding venue. Attractions such as Bombay Sapphire, Highclere Castle, Winchester and Salisbury are close by.

The Cowshed

A beautifully converted milking parlour with garden, far reaching views and bordering The New Forest National Park. Situated 9 miles from the Cathedral City of Salisbury and 15 miles from Southampton it is an ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs, restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge, and Paultons Park. Can be rented in conjunction with neighbouring barn, newly refurbished and recently launched 'Strides Barn" (sleeps 6).

The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.

The Orchard Studio at Ham Green Cottage is a pretty brick and flint building tucked away in a corner of our truly English country garden. You are completely private. We are family-friendly and you can expect a comfortable stay and warm welcome. We are in a village close to the historic city of Winchester, however our setting is completely rural and quiet. We have a fantastic village pub or there are lots of places to chose from in Winchester itself - the best of both worlds!

It is nestled in a lovely rural setting, with beautiful walks from the house, pubs and village amenities within walking distance. Owls Lodge is an idyllic retreat for two. Completed in 2016 the Lodge is both comfortable and stylish. Located within the garden of the farmhouse, this fantastic lodge has been finished in a contemporary way with relaxation in mind. Situated down a short gravel track along the Clarendon way which is on the Wiltshire/Hampshire border, Owls lodge is perfectly positioned for long peaceful walks and cycling. Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed thatched cottage on the edge of Kings Worthy village, our annex is beautifully decorated and comfortable. With its own entrance and small private outdoor area, this property combines rural charm and handy local amenities (bus stop just outside to central Winchester and fantastic local pub just a two minute walk away). Tea and coffee are provided as well as breakfast cereals, bread/butter and fruit jams.

Lockerley Log Cabin Guesthouse

42 square metre studio cabin with large living space, hallway and bathroom. Large sofa bed with memory foam mattress for a comfortable nights sleep. The property has central heating and air conditioning to ensure your comfort whatever the weather. The kitchen has a electric hob oven so you can cook if you wish. We also provide broadband, satellite TV and Amazon Fire stick.

Coach House in the heart of the test valley

Gorgeous coach house that sleeps 4 in a stunning part of the country. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside but with so much to do locally. Our coach house is the perfect place for a get away break. We do accept dogs at a small cost per night. All our guests love our coach house and so many have been back again.
