The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Mauro's house, recently renovated, is in the historic center of Moncalieri and offers comfort and proximity to Turin. The apartment can be reached by train, bus and car (a 10-minute walk from the station, 5 minutes from the bus stops). Nearby parking lots are free and 5 minutes for a fee indoors. The house is 300 meters from Moncalieri hospital. It is perfect for walks in the hills and discover villages and wineries of Langhe and Roero.
