North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. Perfect spot for relaxation, nature, cycling, golf, water sports and culinary delights. More information about the house can be found in the photos.

The former classroom with 60 square meters, the large dining room, the middle room on the first floor or the cozy bathtub in the basement are places of togetherness. The large garden invites you to play, sunbathe or even relax in the hammock. It is three kilometers to the ocean and a walk through the beautiful village is relaxing.

In the south, the garden with old trees borders directly on the "Altneukooger" Sielzug (a picturesque watercourse) and offers a beautiful view over the Eiderstädt landscape and expanse. The former stable building for sheep and goats from 1925 offers modern coziness in a historic ambience.
