The Edwardian inland resort of Woodhall Spa is just 4 miles away here you find fantastic restaurants, shops and wonderful walks.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

Surrounded by many wonderful nature walks and wildlife trails, the property comprises a double bedroom, shower room, kitchen and a comfortable living room containing a full sized double sofabed. The annexe has its own lockable entrance off an atrium where bikes can be stored overnight. Perfect for Walkers, Cyclists and Adventurers alike!! Up to 2 dogs welcome.
