If you wish to bring your pet (one dog or 2 if they are small dogs) there will be a £20 Cleaning Charge Electric is metered by way of £1 & £2 coins

Step back in time when you stay at this heritage bungalow located within the Humberston Fitties Conservation area; a rare remaining historic plotland. Just a 2 minute stroll takes you to an RSPB nature reserve, SSSI and RAMSAR site with an abundance of birdlife. A nature lovers dream, with saltmarsh, sandy beach and two historic First World War sea forts. We have parking for two cars and one well behaved dog is welcome to share your holiday. Although we do not have wifi, there is a 4G signal.

The house was very well presented as per the description. The house was clean throughout and all was working fine. Clear instructions and guidance notes inside the house. Sofa bed was very comfortable (even for someone who's 5 ft 10 ins). Main bed was comfortable too. Great location, with shops only a few minutes walk and the beach 5 to 10 minutes walk (depending on how fast one walks). ooh. the water was nice and soft. very thoughtful touch I would certainly stay here again. Host very responsive and honest with the description of the property. The place was squeeky clean and very comfortable

Kokomo, unique fitties holiday chalet

Kokomo is a magical place. A beautiful beach cabin with lovely sea side vibes and decor. Truly a home from home with everything you need being so well equipped and thoughtful. We luckily had a week of glorious sunshine, enjoying the beach and dunes that the chalet looks across. Sitting outside in the sunloungers, listening to and watching the birds and wild life was a feast for the senses. Eating al fresco style under the awning with a generous table and benches, surrounded by wild rosemary and wonderful shrubs and fairy lights also made it such a memorable stay. We enjoyed every minute and hope to return. The wider Humberston fitties is a little slice of heaven too, on the edge of the nature reserve and a fabulous setting to totally unwind, recharge and enjoy nature. Thank you so much to Claire, a wonderful host, for sharing her slice of paradise.

This home was perfect for a couple night family stay! Amazing location and short walk to the beach. Everything was spotless and the design of the house is beautiful. We really enjoyed relaxing on the garden furniture after a long day out. Jack is a very responsive host, we really appreciated the welcome gifts too! Thanks so much. We would 100% recommend and would love to stay again.

Michael was really helpful and responded straight away. Thank you. The caravan is a great little spot with great amenities on site. I hadnt visited the place for over 25 years so was nice to return. Brilliant entertainment and lovely food on site. Didnt use the pool but would in future very clean and heated so win win. The caravan itself is lovely and just as the pictures. Few age related issues but for a budget friendly place to stay you cant complain. Personally think the cleaners could be doing more, i had to clean the shower before i let my children get in but this wasnt michaels fault, the cleaners on site were going into a caravan and leaving minutes later so this isnt down to the owners...... personally i like a thorough clean especially if others have stayed. The site is easy to find and walking distance to the beach, could also walk into cleethorpes along the sea front which would be very pleasant. All in all we had a lovely time away would go back. Thanks michael.
