Our townhouse has 2 BR upstairs (queen size beds) with a shared bathroom. Note: The 2nd bathroom is downstairs off the kitchen. Both bathrooms have showers on the smaller side, no tubs. The living room has a sitting area with TV and wood wood-burning fireplace. The dining area and kitchen are adjacent to the living room. There is a laundry room on the ground floor.

In addition to the 1 private bedroom, there are three comfortable day beds that would comfortable sleep one person each (probably best for kids).

The kitchen has just about anything one might need for cooking and entertaining. As of 2024, there is a new Samsung clothes dryer and a Miele dishwasher.
