Very beautiful villa in a very well secured residence in Cabo Negro. The place is quiet, the neighborhood is perfect and the place matches the description. In addition to the pool available, a large garden on the back side under a very large umbrella will be the ideal place for your quiet breakfasts. The place was very clean, the keys were given to us by Anis's parents who are absolutely adorable! I highly recommend spending your stay with Anis if you are visiting this beautiful part of the kingdom! Undeniable return soon with my little family. We had a very nice journey in Zineb’s house, the house was very amazing and as is in photos and in reality is more better and nicer. Everything is clean and well organised. The kitchen is well equipped with all what u can need. Zineb was very interactive and very supportive , she’s responding quickly and always with a sharp solution. The villa is in good and quite place with an access to a nice shared pool , always empty or with 1 or 2 people. The villa is near to marina smir and access to Mdiq and Fnideq is quick which allow u to visit all the beaches on the place. If i had a chance to re-visit the Mdiq i will go again with this beauty villa.

My family and I had an unforgettable stay, the mix between the sea and the mountains gives a feeling of traveling all the time. The welcome was great, the place is nice everything is nearby: restaurant, shop no need to use your vehicle. the place is monitored 24/7 by a professional TPS company The caretaker is always available even at 1am I recommend all lovers of the sea and the mountains to come to this apartment .

We had a great time with the family. The duplex is spacious, clean and very pleasant. We were 6 adults and a child, and we found everything we needed in the accommodation, the house is very well maintained. We'll be happy to come back
