Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 2 km vom Stadtkern von Tettnang entfernt im 1. Stock eines alten Bauernhauses. Herrliche Aussicht auf den 9 km entfernten Bodensee. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig von der Straße abgelegen. Es befindet sich eine Tischtennisplatte im Eingangsbereich. Das Auto kann im großen Hofraum überdacht abgestellt werden. Für eventuelle Ausflüge können bis zu 3 Fahrräder ausgeliehen werden (siehe Bilder).
