If you love FIXER UPPER, the Barndominium is just for you!! Chip & Jo's VERY favorite project, horse barn to chic urban farmhouse, for your girls trip or family. Nestled on 16 acres w/ oak trees and a 25 acre spring-fed lake, the Barn is decorated just like it was on the show (we did add a 2-story 800 sq ft deck). The place dreams are made of as you sit back, in the very same furniture Joanne picked, while you enjoy watching that very episode! It's a truly magical experience & a must do!

Barn Loft Luxury at a Texas Longhorn Ranch

True Texas experience in the barn at a small ranch. See one of the biggest steers in the world at 13.5 long.. Stay in a luxurious loft in the barn constructed with whitewashed shiplap and rustic timbers. Big oversized windows and view the stables and pasture. The oversized cowboy bathtub is a converted water trough. This space features an open floor plan that includes 2 queen plus 1 twin size beds, a kitchenette and entertainment center. Vaulted ceilings make for a cozy stay.

Cedar Cabin- A quiet getaway secluded on 10 acres

Our quarter log cabin is nestled on 10 acres. It sits on a western facing hillside overlooking the Fischer valley. Its a great place to get away from the city and crowds! Its location is very quiet and secluded. Go for a walk down the hiking trails where you may see deer, squirrels, hummingbirds, roadrunners, rabbits, grey foxes, lizards, butterflies.... Relax with your favorite beverage on the covered front porch where you can see amazing sunsets and the stars at night.

Fussy Hen Ranch

Quiet, peaceful setting with country atmosphere. One room barndominum with full kitchen and full bathroom. We also have full RV hookups which can accommodate any size of RV/trailer. Full use of property including barn, RV hookups, stalls, grass arena, and round pen is an option for an additional cost. The RV hookups, stalls, grass arena, and round pen can be rented separately and are additional costs. Please contact us for the additional pricing.

Ben’s Dairy Barn in Aggieland

Looking for a home base for an Aggie Game Weekend or a quick getaway? Ben’s Dairy Barn is the perfect spot! Once a working milking barn on the Schehin Dairy Farm, it has been beautifully restored and transformed. Just under 10 miles from Kyle Field off Wellborn Road (FM 2154), it offers both convenience and privacy. The open-concept living and dining area leads to a cozy master bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a two-person wooden soaking tub.

There are 2 ponds and beautiful setting on 130 acres. The house has central heat/air, pool, wood burning outdoor fireplace, pellet BBQ grill, swimming pool and hot tub.

The Little Red Barn in Town

This large 800 square feet guest house is newly renovated and is an open floor plan with high ceilings, full bathroom, and full kitchen minus a dishwasher. We are less than a mile from Main Street shopping and close to the walking trail. We look forward to sharing our barn with you on this quiet dead end street in town.
