Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tezdaine

An unforgettable week at Dar Aziz... a beautiful, authentic and peaceful place! Everything is there: beautiful room, traditional furniture, terrace, equipped kitchen...! The house is located close to the city center, 10 min walk. The neighborhood is quiet. Najoua is an attentive host and always responsive if you need anything. In short... excellent value for money, I will come back!!

We stayed at this villa for five nights and had a wonderful time. The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool and BBQ were great additions that we really enjoyed. Having our own rental car made it convenient to explore the area.

We had a great stay, everything was perfect and the house lacks absolutely nothing. You feel at home. The host is super nice and always answers all questions. The person is super too.

As part of our parental leave, we stayed with our children (4 years & 5 months) for 2 weeks in this accommodation. The furnishings are maximally baby-friendly with a private bathtub, high chair and baby bed - just to name a few. The pool is pleasantly large and is very suitable for swimming. Unfortunately, a few mosaic tiles are missing and there is no area flat enough for children except the stairs. But that was okay with us. Twice a week, someone comes and takes care of the garden and the pool in detail and lovingly. The kitchen was great, all the appliances worked wonderfully and we mostly cooked ourselves. Alternatively, there is a small grocery store, a café and, more recently, a small restaurant with street food and pizza, all within a 5-10 minute walk. We would still recommend a car to get to the nearby beach (Sidi Mahrez) and to a larger supermarket (Al Jazira). 5 minutes' drive each.

We were looking for calm and relaxation. It made us happy. We had a warm welcome by Patricia and Chef Bouba, in their little paradise. The kitchen offered in the half-board was excellent and balanced (++ for desserts and fruit salads😉). The place was clean, well-equipped. And the very well-maintained pools and gardens. The bivouac tour offered with Mustapha was very rewarding on Tunisian culture, and at night in the desert just magical. Very nice discovery for us. It was just perfect. We recommend the eyes closed ☺️ Choukran to all of you! 🙏🏻😚

We immediately felt good there, like at home. The hosts are just adorable, with rare kindness and availability. Always there to respond to the slightest request, with a smile and a lot of kindness. Their hospitality really made a difference. I highly recommend this accommodation, whether for a short or long stay. It's a gem, and the hosts clearly deserve all the praise! A perfect stay! The villa is charming, well-equipped and very clean. The private pool is really beautiful, ideal for relaxing in peace. The host was extremely kind, welcoming and available throughout the stay. I highly recommend this place and will gladly come back.

I wanted to thank Monia because her accommodation is very nice! The exterior is very pretty and the apartment is very cute! Monia is a very responsive host if we have any questions! Thank you! Just a small point is the lack of taxis in the area, sometimes you can find them quickly and easily, sometimes not, but if not, nothing to complain about! Would definitely stay again!

Great stay. The apartment "la folla" is functional with its 2 huge balconies including a view that overlooked the pool. The pool is just perfect! And there are no imposed hours so it's really nice. Next to the pool there is a trampoline and a swing. The location is really great not far from the tourist area. Right next door on foot you can find a coffee shop and a small grocery store. The apartment is air conditioned. Small downside simply for the bedding which is a little hard for my taste.But it's personal. Great memory of this stay as a whole family. I'd recommend it unseen

Sana was very friendly and supportive, the apartment and the pool very clean. The only thing that is important to know: to reach the nearest beach you need to take a taxi or drive a car if you rent one, as it is located in around 6-8km from the apartment. It was a bit sad to find out that you can’t just go to the beach and swim :) but apart from that I really enjoyed this place!

Beautiful place and centrally located, about a 20 minute walk from the old town center. Very quiet and relaxed area. Pool and room were amazing!

Lassaad is very hospitable... helpful... accommodating you just have a good feeling and you feel welcome... just like home... This is such an incredibly beautiful Airbnb, and absolutely incredible value for money. It felt like our own slice of heaven. The outside area is especially beautiful, even better than the photos! The only negative was it was difficult to find as it is in quite a non-distinctive part of Tezdaine - the taxi driver couldn’t find it for over half an hour and the map pin kept changing location. However Monia was really responsive and available to help via phone whenever we needed her. Will definitely be coming back, feels like a home away from home.
