A Perfect Tropical Getaway at White Phoenix Villa, Koh Samui We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the White Phoenix Villa, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The villa is beautifully designed — modern yet cozy, with an inviting warmth that made us feel instantly at home. Each room was thoughtfully furnished, and the natural sunlight streaming in throughout the day added a bright, refreshing vibe to the entire space. Whether it was lounging by the pool or simply enjoying the peaceful interiors, every moment felt relaxing and memorable. Ken the caretaker was amazing and always smiling and very helpful. One thing that slightly surprised us was the additional charge for water and electricity, which was informed and which was presented in the final bill. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did feel a bit unexpected and was the only blot on an otherwise very comfortable and enjoyable stay. That said, the overall experience was fantastic, and we would still highly recommend White Phoenix

I had an absolutely blissful stay with the host Nepat couldn’t have been more helpful. Recommendations were provided for everything needed and the service provided in cleaning, cooking and doing my washing couldn’t have been better. Amazing location. Went to Babyccino almost everyday for coffee in the morning just a 3 min walk. Pool was great, ac in every room. There was mosquitos by the pool but nothing we could do about that. Would stay here again 100%

This accommodation is absolutely stunning, from the indoor space, outdoor space, dining seating area to the bedrooms, it did not disappoint. The Group were always at hand to assist and provide information where they could on the group chat. Nong and Tong were a blessing, we had fantastic breakfasts prepared for us (at a cost) from fresh local fruit cut and beautifully displayed, to pancakes, toast and masala beans (which we showed Tong how to make!) we are a vegetarian/vegan group and had no issues, a little communication goes a long way. The bedrooms are very spacious and all had ensuites, plus an additional guest restroom on the main floor near the entrance. The Infinity pool was a feast for the eyes with multiple striking views both near and across the island. We would recommend this to any and everyone who is looking for a gem, the location was difficult for food delivery drivers to find, but having your own private driver whilst living here is a must. Will visit again!!!!

Just had an idea excellent week at this beautiful villa. Very large and spacious with beautiful and peaceful surroundings and pool. All the staff and Jeffrie were extremely responsive to our needs with daily check-ins with us and 2 housekeepers around in their own quarters for most of the time. Location is up a steep hill but Grabs and other taxis make it up the hill. Well placed to get cheap taxis to Chaweng Beach and surrounding areas, beaches, Fisherman’s Market and restaurants. Jeff provided lots of information about what we could do in the area or order into the villa. We hired motorbikes for 2 days to explore the island through Jeff and it was a very smooth service with the motorbikes delivered and collected from the villa.

Sunisa’s place is awesome! Her staff were very helpful, and the airbnb is in an awesome location. It was quiet for a city apartment, and there was plenty of room for us all to mingle while also having private space in our rooms. The laundry was an added bonus.

June 2025 - Great place and host . We stayed there recently for 5 days with a group of 4 families . Villas is a prefect place who wants a peaceful location little further out from the city hustler and into the nature . We are vegetarians thus the stacked kitchenette was really helpful. Strongly recommend

WOW! What’s a beautiful place, we have travelled everywhere in Thailand and this was the best villa we stayed in. The views was beautiful and the cleanliness of the home made us feel like we were at home.

A very modern villa, located in Pattaya city, surrounded by convenient living, opposite is 79 show, the villa has ktv private room, we spent a wonderful day here, and the enthusiastic landlord answered us a lot of travel-related questions, thank you very much!

An amazing experience for our first time in chaing mai. The villa manager was very attentive and catered for every need and request. our driver Chai was friendly, flexible and kept us entertained. Overall a lovely start to our trip

It was a very good stay. Would definitely recommend. quick suggestion for improvement - the house is showing some signs of wear. Some of the tea / coffee cups have chipped off. Overall, it was worth it.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The design is both elegant and cozy, with beautiful decor and attention to every detail. The amenities are excellent, everything from the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious, comfortable rooms made our stay very enjoyable. The surroundings are calm and picturesque, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time. It’s ideal for families, groups of friends, or anyone wanting to get away from the busy city life. The host was friendly, professional, and always quick to help. I’ve stayed at many places, but this one stands out as one of the most pleasant and memorable experiences. I highly recommend it!

Everything about the stay was exceptional. Bob is a great host and was very proactive about communicating. Our group was looking for tourist recommendations and he was able to provide us with many options that he ended up booking for us himself. His property management team was equally as excellent. We commissioned them for several dinners as our private chefs and each meal was incredibly tasty. I can’t recommend this stay highly enough, my friends and I will remember this trip forever and we hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful at Chiang Mai and that was largely thanks to Yakir. He was a great host and made our stay very comfortable. any issues were dealt with immediately to the extent that he personally took my son to the grocery store to get some food when we needed, and showed him around the neighbourhood upon request for dining recommendations. The house is beautifully done giving a very relaxing vibe and the rooms were well kept. 11/10 would recommend staying here and frankly, if you’re planning a trip to chiang mai you really need not look further. This is the house you want to stay in. Great location, incredible host, fantastic amenities and i’d go a step further and say it’s even better than advertised.

Great place. Really beautifully and minimally furnished. Well stocked kitchen and WiFi worked well in all rooms. Great location with an easy walk to the mall, restaurants, and the beach. A minor issue arose during our stay that was immediately addressed. We had a great time and would stay there again on a future trip to Hua Hin.

Great location just steps from the beach! One of the rooms had a lovely sea view. The house was clean and spacious, and the cleaning lady was very friendly. We didn’t have much contact with the hosts, but they were kind enough to send us back some items we forgot. A relaxing and easy stay overall.

Great stay at this villa! The villa itself is beautiful and worth the money, however annoying to get up the hill as most grabs wont take you.

Martin and Jasmine were amazing hosts!Very friendly, responsive and helpful. House was very comfortable and clean with all amenities! Place was exactly as described in a perfect location in Bangkok. Within a 10min walking distance you can find several restaurants, cafes, Mall, supermarkets etc. Totally suggested!! Will definately choose same place again in my next visit!

The villa was fantastic, exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, the villa is cleaned every day and towels changed every second day. It is located in a peaceful location up the hill away from Kamala beach, you will need a car or you can use the free shuttle service which runs every hour between the villa and a couple of locations in Kamala, we chose to do the latter which was fine for us. We booked a couple of the excursions offered by the villa management team which were the highlight of our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend.
