Bienvenue à notre charmante maison d’enfance à la campagne située dans la magnifique région de la Nièvre ! Avec ses 5 chambres et ses 16 couchages, notre maison est l'endroit idéal pour accueillir votre famille et vos amis lors de vos vacances. Vous pourrez profiter de la vue sur la campagne. De plongeons dans la piscine ou encore de soirée au coin du feu . Nous sommes impatients de vous accueillir dans notre maison de campagne et de vous offrir un séjour mémorable dans la Nièvre.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Relax in Gite Briffaut de Bourgondië

This stable converted into a house with a walled garden used to be a stable with a dog kennel that belonged to the adjacent Chateau Briffaut. It is completely free and high overlooking hills and forests, close to the nature park "Morvan". In the house, all the old oak beams are still visible and the old details have been preserved as much as possible, but this house is full of comforts with a walled garden with palm trees and olive trees with terrace and Jacuzzi.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

The calm and space will make you appreciate your stay in a home full of charm and very well equipped (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, sheets, linens and cleaning products provided, appliances). In the garden, children can run freely. Here, you're at home! Self check-in.

In a natural setting, the gîte of the tower of the Château de Thard, sleeps 8. Independent entrance, neat and warm decoration, well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Garden with furniture and beautiful views of the Morvan Natural Park. Surrounded by 11 Ha of park and forests in a preserved nature and absolute calm. A large swimming pool, shared with the owners, is available from May 15 until the end of September.

The comfort and setting as well as the two wood stoves make it a warm place where the desire to settle down and enjoy the present moment predominate. You can walk or bike to many hiking trails. The garden furniture will allow you to contemplate the setting around a meal with family or friends.
