We had a wonderful time at the villa. Our highlight was the pool and the beautiful outdoor area, where we enjoyed spending many hours every day. The rooms were well equipped, the room on the ground floor was slightly smaller than the upper two bedrooms, but not clairvoyant yet private. Communication with Air was quick and easy. One day there were problems with the toilets, so she came very quickly with craftsmen to solve the problem. She also gave us tips for excursions and was always friendly and helpful. The villa is just outside the action, so we were glad we rented scooters (got arranged through air). It was really nice- thank you for an unforgettable time at your villa!

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

Very nice Airbnb. Maid came everyday and cleaned and replaced the linens. We came for edc so it was really close to the venue. Gated community. If you stay here and use bolt look up Sivana Place. Easiest way to get there takes you to the front gate. Better than trying to use the address.

We recently returned from a vacation that the whole family spent (14 people, 3 to 81 years old) at a villa in Thailand – and it was the best decision! Unlike a hotel, you didn't have to spend time exploring the territory, everything was at hand. The villa is spacious and everyone had their own seating area. A special treat is the Win cook, who cooked delicious and varied dishes for us. The pool is without time restrictions, children could swim at least all night. On the territory there is everything you need – washing machine and dryer, table tennis, badminton. Walking distance to the beach, but only 7 - 10min by taxi. The beach itself is clean, the coastline is large, the waves depend on the weather. Olga, the hostess of the villa, was always in touch, helped with any questions. As a result, the stay was unforgettable – comfort, coziness, and complete relaxation! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Amazing place, very private and tranquil. Host was very attentive and the pool was warm and comfortable to swim at night. The villa is exactly as described and just like the photos. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic villa! The space was really big and beautifully. SASA, the villa manager, was amazing! He was super helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. The villa is a bit far from Patong. Used Grab to get around, and it was easy.

It was a great place to stay. We love the complete kitchen and all utensils, even had some spices ready. Nice location - everything was nearby and pool was great too. Master bedroom was extremely clean. Manuel was friendly, helpful and very responsive.

Our family (2 adults and one 7 year old) stayed at the Lux villa for 9 nights as our Easter holiday and could not have been happier with the space, the pool and the location of this spectacular place. Much better and bigger than the photos made out. The house is a lovely oasis of calm and quiet. It is super convenient to Bang Tao beach with a slightly longer drive to Banana Beach and Nai Yang beach - which are definitely worth spending 20 minutes in the car to get to. We had a great time and will be definitely be back!

Had an amazing stay at this property! It’s surrounded by nature, really peaceful and serene. It’s spacious with plenty of natural light throughout. Also, the pool was pristine and well-maintained, which made it even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

The villa was exactly as described and extremely comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. The pool area was gorgeous and Jens was always very responsive and helpful. Would recommend and would go back again.

Excellent beautiful villa in a large private village Laguna, there is a free shuttle bus to the beach, I recommend it!!!

The villa was beautiful and great however the studio room did not have power outlets that worked but aside from that it was beautiful

We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, while still being steps away from all necessary amenities. Location: - Kamala Beach — Just a 10-minute stroll through the vibrant night market (a must-visit!). - 7/11, MiniBigC, Lotus Fresh — literally a 2-minute walk away. Pool — Spacious, clean, and perfect for swimming or relaxing. We spent so much time here! Hosts — Thoi and the Property Minding Team were incredibly kind and attentive. They responded promptly, assisted with any queries, and welcomed us warmly. It truly felt like they cared about making our stay feel like home. Over 6 nights, water and electricity costs totaled around THB 850. Highly recommend this villa for couples, families, or anyone seeking tranquility, convenience, and genuine hospitality. The villa is very nice and private, there’s a guard around 24/7 which made our stay feel safe. The host was extremely kind and responsive, we checked in late in the evening and there were some stains on the sofa but the host immediately came to fix everything which we appreciate. The villa is also only a few minutes away from the beach which is great! Would definitely come back to stay here again 😊

Lovely villa and great experience with the host.

Location is right near beach, many nice restaurants and food stalls just a few steps away. The pool was a great refresher after a day at the beach. The only downside for us is the beds are extremely firm.

The housekeeper is very well serviced!! The Fayette sister is also very cute.🥰 We loved the big pool and the stargazing bedroom

The two of us spent one week in the villa. We did not use the second bedroom. The villa is in excellent condition and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom have absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. The pool is clean and we liked both the temperature and the depth. The pool area, as well as the pool itself, could do with some light cosmetic repairs. The aggressive climate makes itself felt. Even considering the minor shortcomings described, we would be happy to spend our next vacation at this villa.
