Really lovely this cozy place. Ideal for one person. Superb privacy and access to terrace. Great for writing and doing creative work. Basic amenities are perfect. It was really nice of Amol to come fetch me at the station as the place is a bit hard to find at first. No shared walls which truly is a blessing in a place like Mumbai. Situated In a crowded locality, but once you’re here it’s your own private haven. Highly recommended! Returning for a longer stay!

As a physician and an NRI visiting Mumbai for clinical conferences near Tata Hospital, this flat offered a seamless blend of comfort, western convenience, and a touch of old Bombay charm. Located in the Parsi Colony with easy access to Bandra and South Mumbai, it was both peaceful and well-connected. A great choice for professionals or families looking for a warm, heritage-style stay in the city. Will book again on next visit.

A little haven in Mumbai where Shruti & Glen's warm, attentive hospitality will help you settle effortlessly. Location-wise, ever convenient, being walking distance to two major hospitals (we were there on a medical trip) as well as convenience stores, trendy places, healthy eateries so we were able to enjoy a bit of normalcy and tourism in between medical appointments. All in all - fantastic hosts, a lovely flat, and a great location. We couldn't have hoped for better. Thank you, Shruti & Glen.

Absolutely a hidden gem😍 The property is so beautiful and spacious. The host really helped us do easy check in. Its a newer property and that makes it even more likable and clean. Serene community, with complete security. The place was as described and is suitable for 1-2 people. Very refined interiors. The surrounding area is very clean and happening. I would recommend this unit and will likely book it again for 1-2 week stays.

This was a place we as a group was searching to have a great get together. We friends were meeting after ages. Now about the place it's was so beautiful more than a picture which was uploaded. Neat and tidy 💗💗. The experience was really good. The caretaker was very kind and helpful.. The Host Akshay made it sure we are happy and enjoying our stay at his place. He also made sure that if anything he can do better for us while on the stay..I really like to visit this place again.. ❤️❤️

IC Colony is a great location in Mumbai that’s safe and close to many businesses and main roads. Captain Derrick is very responsive and took the time to ensure we settle in nicely. In addition, we appreciated his flexibility working with our schedule. The house was clean and as advertised: spacious bedrooms and beds, hot water, and a functional kitchen. While we didn’t have the occasion to use it, the rooftop terrace is the perfect place to host a get together with friends and family. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay in Mumbai with a very nice host.

It was a great stay, villa was awesome and Mr. Anthony was friendly and helpful, we got snacks complementary, nice arrangements ,lastly no interference at all. Overall good to go place.

I don’t know where to start from, to finding this place on airbnb to connecting with Rinnku just happened on the same day as we travelled and in a span of half an hour. Well, we were a group of friends who wanted a place close to mumbai. We hit a jackpot when we found this place. Perfect drive, closest to nature, private, excellent care taker and cherry on top being Hummer, Porsche & fireflies. It was a wonderland for me, especially me being a sustainable traveller and loves to explore. They have a water body close to their villa, also they have a waterfall which is at an approximately 45 mins trek. We had planned for a night but ended up spending 3 nights. Hahaha! It was that beautiful. Lastly, Rinnku has been the sweetest and most accommodative host. I couldn’t thank her enough for letting us be a part of her home. Can’t wait to go back! ♥️

Ragini's place is a real gem - we had a lovely stay there. Not only was the room spacious, it had all the amenities one can possibly ask for. We had a late flight in, and were able to check in smoothly at round 11:30pm at night. Everyone, from the night security guard to the day security guard were super friendly and helpful. Ragini of course was the ultimate host - always there and ready to help! We had some issues with the WIFI on one evening (it was a Telco/ network issue and not at all Ragini's fault) and she immediately set out to liaise with the technical department. Thanks to her the issue was resolved shortly. In addition, we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room after check-out and pick them up later when we left for the airport. The flexibility and hospitality shown by everyone was really above and beyond. Thanks so much and we hope to stay again soon!

Nikhil is an incredibly accommodating host, and will ensure that you are comfortable during your stay by means of prompt communication as well as very well equipped and helpful staff (security, housekeeping, well priced laundry services) at the airbnb. We didn’t face any difficulties during our two week stay and would choose this place again. The stay is exactly as described in the pictures, is super clean and comfortable. All the appliances, crockery, toiletries etc are clean and well maintained. You would also be staying in an upscale locality which has proximity to all the best places in Bandra. There were also two smart TVs equipped with streaming platforms which we made the most of during our stay. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for a lovely experience Nikhil & Pooja!

Adil’s place was really home away from home. It was quiet, homely and comforting with quite a great view of the city. It is walking distance to the monorail station and around 10 mins via cab to the nearest local station. It is definitely a very comfortable and affordable stay and a must visit the next time you’re in Mumbai!

So there are businesses, motivated by money, and then there are families, driven by a desire to genuinely connect with and treat and please guests, making the ancient Sanskrit proverb "Atithi Devo Bhava" come to life in our mostly material and dispassionate world. I cannot praise the Datta family enough for their warmth, hospitality, and genuine connection with the guests. From the moment I entered through the front door I felt the "Good Vibe", the moniker for their beautiful home! Both Mrs. and Mr. Datta catered to all my needs, and it felt as if I just stayed at the home of a childhood friend. Shreetoma is jovial and bubbly young lady and very fast in communicating and super helpful. I strongly recommend that guests consider this home for their next stay. Located perfectly to explore Mumbai from. Close to the airport. Next to Mumbai Central station. Very close to prime spots. All said, my friends and I didn’t actually feel like leaving this home because it’s so gorgeous and has the most generous host. The house is cosy and beautiful. For anyone who has an appreciation of tasteful decor and hosting, this place is inspirational. Everything was as mentioned in the post. A huge bonus we weren’t expecting were the sights of sunset from the balcony. Very safe and courteous staff in the building too. Going back soon again!
