Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Thanh Khê District

The place is impeccably clean and perfectly matches the photos. Duc is incredibly responsive and offered excellent recommendations. He connected us with Harry, who proved to be an exceptionally reliable guide for our tours. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the sheets and the convenience of having a washer and dryer for our laundry needs. While the internet in the master bedroom was a bit slow, I informed Duc, and she seemed committed to addressing it. This might have been due to the high volume of live streams during the fireworks festival last night. The overall convenience and accessibility of this location were outstanding. Should we return to Da Nang, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We had such a lovely 2-night stay at this beautiful beachfront apartment. The location is perfect, right on Vo Nguyen Giap street, super close to the city center and easy to get around. The sea view was stunning, and the full-glass balcony made everything feel so open and refreshing. The apartment itself was spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. 😋 The host and co-host were very kind and helpful. A special thank you to Ms. Enmy, who was so supportive and welcoming during our check-in. Everything was well-prepared and clean when we arrived. My bf and I truly enjoyed the time here - it felt so relaxing that we didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely come back here for our next trip to Da Nang!💕💕

I enjoyed everything day at Kaia, the host is very sweet and helpful. was always available if I needed something. the garden is beautiful and is such a nice feature staying in a busy city. phuong kindly helped me with luggage or breakfast when ever I needed . even though I was staying alone it felt nice having nice company around.

위치는 미케비치윗쪽이라 불편한것도 조금있지만 조용해서 전 좋았습니다 주말전에는 엘리베이터로 불편한점이 없었는데 주말부터는 손님들이 많아져서 그런지 엘리베이터를 좀 기다려야해서 힘들었습니다 숙소는 사진과 똑같았고 청소가 잘되어있어서 깨끗했습니다 호스트는 연락할때마다 바로 답장을 주셔서 많은 도움을 받았고 추천해주신 마사지샵은 실력들이 다 좋아서 너무 만족했습니다 마지막날 다시 방문해서 여행의 피로도 잘풀수있었던거같습니다 수영장도 너무 좋았는데 2번밖에 못간것이 너무 아쉽네요 이번이 첫다낭 여행이었는데 너무 만족스러운 여행이었습니다 다음에 다낭을간다면 이숙소를 꼭 다시 예약할 생각입니다

This place was amazing. The host Ruby was very friendly and was always smiling. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always responsive to questions. A host can make or break your stay, and Ruby made sure it was great. The room was very large, spacious, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure in a large bathroom. For those with mobility issues, there is an elevator, so don’t shy away from booking. I used the washer and dryer during my stay and it worked great. There is scooter rentals on-site and a competitive rate. They won’t be beat on their daily rate. It is a 5 minute walk to the best beach in Da Nang. I guess you can tell I had a great stay and will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely perfect location near the river, tons of good restaurants and spas nearby. The condo was exactly like the pictures, clean and comfortable. The host was simply amazing, from the fast communication to the little gifts, we appreciated everything. Highly recommended

Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

Logement impeccable! May a été serviable depuis le premier jour, elle s’est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien. Ce logement situé dans l’hôtel à la carte est connu de tous (Grab / Taxis) et est en bord de mer, facilement accessible à pied, près du dragon bridge. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct! Elle vous propose même un service nettoyage complet du logement compris dans le tarif. Merci encore May!!

Shine was such a lovely host, she met us on arrival and went to extra efforts to get a cot prepared for us last minute as I forgot to ask her about that beforehand. She also surprised us with free buffet breakfast, which was so lovely. Thank you Shine for making our stay so easy, highly recommend!

Nice place. Good pool but have to show card each visit and change shoes. Quite a useful shop on floor one. Grab car usually comes within a minute or two. Plenty of activity outside to watch including fireworks competition (Vietnam B v Poland), boats on the River Han, traffic on the bridge and planes taking off.

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

미케비치 북쪽에 위치해요. 시내에서 위치는 그랩타고 5만동-7만동 나와요~! (프로모코드 꼭써서 다니세요) 주변에 현지 시장이 열려서 구경하고 현지식으로 아침밥 사먹었어요 :) 국수하나에 만동 2만동이면 다먹어요! 주변 사람들 모두 베트남 사람들이 살고있고, 동네 분위기 느끼기 좋았어요! 걸어서 비치갈수있어요 :) 집은 대체로 깨끗하고 비누하나만 구비되어있으니 샴푸린스 모두 챙겨오시고 5박 묵었는데 수건은 한번 갈아줬어요~! 우기라 세탁기사용했는데 잘안말라서 주변 동네 현지 세탁소 이용했습니다 히말라야 라운드리 이용했고 1키로 2만동 줬네용 호스트를 5박동안 한번도 만나지 않았지만 열쇠다른가족에 있어서 잠깐 집에들러 못들어갔을때도 스태프 보내주고, 답장 바로바로 해주었어요! 필요한건 저희가 관광하는동안 집에 들러서 두고가주었구요~! 집주인은 영어로 소통 가능합니다 :) 주변 상점은 영어로 소통이안되용(손짓발짓소통 가능) 집이 조금 어두운 느낌이지만 조명이 곳곳에 많아서 모두 키면 공간이 이뻐져용 세명이 묵었는데 1층2층 분리되어 있고 집이 커서 편히 썼습니다!에어비앤비 처음이었는데 만족했어요~!감사해요~❤️❤️

Had a lovely time at the villa. Very spacious. Great pool and just opposite the bigger pool which was very beautiful set in gardens. Staff were very friendly and Tang was at hand to help and gave us a lovely send off. The beach at this place is absolutley beautiful. Hardly anyone there and supervised well with a lifeguard. The villa itself was extremely clean and had excellent air con. We loved our stay. Thanks

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

주변에 즐길거리가 없지만 숙소가 깨끗하고 매일 청소를 해주시는 분이 계시며 실내 엘리베이터, 세탁기(세제 포함), 건조기, 스타일러 , 러닝머신까지 옵션이 많습니다. 가족들과 같이 가도 좋을거 같아요. 다음에도 다시 방문할 생각입니다.

I stayed a week here. Anh Thịn, Chị Tuyên and their two sons live downstairs. They provided some fruit for my arrival and took me out for a welcome dinner of banh xèo. I’m grateful for their kindness and generosity. They take good care of the apartment. It’s clean, very spacious, there’s a water filter, washing machine with dry area, A/C and fan. There are steep stairs so you just have to take it easy. During my stay, it was very quiet. There’s a place to park my bike downstairs but I do have to unlock and lock the gate each time I leave. The neighborhood feels local and it’s near the beach. Because I had a motorbike, it was easy for me to get to where I needed but if I didn’t, it would be hard on foot. Grab is accessible though. Highly recommend this spot for a short or long term stay. Thank you very much Anh Thin and Chi Tuyên!!
