Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Thanh Khê District

Actually, I sent the location of the accommodation in the picture, but when you visit for the first time, it's easy to pass by. Other than that, the accommodation was neat! Since there are a lot of stairs, it's hard to go up and down on hot days. The main living room on the 2nd floor has a ceiling fan and air conditioner, but it's not very cool to counter the heat, so I went into each room and rested. It was a shame that there was no microwave! Still, the host was friendly and there was a lot of things around, so the location was good!!

Hung’s place is absolutely stunning, it looks exactly as pictured on the listing - we couldn’t fault it! Great location, nice and quiet but plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beach. The hosts were very quick at responding to our queries, and even arranged for airport pick up and drop off. Highly recommend.

The place was super easy to find. Only thing was a beds were a little hard but I did not find it hard to sleep on. The star of the show was the Billard table because everybody enjoyed it. Anh tuan was super helpful and understanding about checking in early and checking out late. The price was affordable and the place was clean.

It's a great place for a big family to stay~ It's a place where both parents and children are satisfied ^^ Communication with the owner was smooth, and the location was good, so I was comfortable during the trip. We were at the accommodation, and the places we mainly used were the two marts in front, Byeonmi, Kong Cafe, and a Chinese restaurant right next to the accommodation. I wanted to go to Mitsuni, which has good reviews, but I couldn't go. The beach was close, so we could play in the water, and the swimming pool in the accommodation was at a suitable temperature, so the kids had a blast. If you're worried about large family accommodation, I recommend it~^^

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

Home is very clean, lovely, the pool is a bit small suitable for family with 2 3 children to use. The host is very supportive, there is a chance to come back ^^

The place is located right at the expat area with international food scene but not too near the busy streets. We traveled with a baby and had a pleasant stay at LIVIE. We really love the boutique vibe they provide with smooth check in process, kitchen inside the room, pool and lounge at the top floor. The music could be heard from far away at night untill 11pm but we were not bothered. The room side is just right for our need since we were outside most of the time.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The accommodation is located on a local street. It is a bit away from the tourist area, but it gives off a charming local vibe. The house itself is very spacious, unique and beautifully designed, featuring two bedrooms on the second floor and a dance studio with a sauna on the third floor. The rooftop view was refreshing and offered a peaceful spot to relax. The host was exceptionally responsible and very active in communication. I have never encountered a host who replied to my messages as quickly as she did. She was also very helpful and provided helpful information about the city, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped spot with a local touch in Da Nang, you won’t regret booking this accommodation.

Convenient place. 5 min from airport. Minimart and a baby/children clothes shops within the development. Taking grab car was easy. Provided water dispenser. WiFi and internet tv was working. Great communication! Lovely to have 3 bedrooms without climbing stairs - friendly for elderly and children. Note the bath tub not friendly for adults to bathe as there is not shower curtains, but ok to bathe children (shorter). Lovely place!

The accommodation is amazing, luxurious, convenient, and many stores and markets around. I’m very surprised when I could rent a place like this with this price. There are 4 bedrooms, and bathroom in each room, air conditioner in the living room and kitchen so the atmosphere is very nice. Besides, the accommodation is very clean, even under the bed is also clean. Thank the host for providing me a really good accommodation. I highly recommend your enthusiasm. Thanks to you that I found my luggage that I forgot in the Grab car. You are a amazing host. I will tell my friends this story about you.
