Hotel holiday rentals in Thanh Khê District

Our stay was amazing! Nice range of food at the breakfast buffet, great view not only from the room but also from the rooftop pool and bar. They also have amazing massages. We recommend it a lot!

Quyết định chọn ở đây để tiện cho chuyến công tác vì vị trí ngay khu vực trung tâm thành phố, gần cầu sông Hàn và chợ Hàn nên tiện đi dạo ngắm cảnh thăm thú xung quanh. Quanh khách sạn nhiều nhà hàng và tiệm cà phê nên rất tiện. Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình hỗ trợ mình giữ hành lý khi đến sớm.

큰 단점이라기 보다는 아쉬운 점이랄까? 1. 사진으로 보는 것보다는 좀 작음. 물론 사진이 넓어보이게 한다는건 이미 알고 있었지만... 그래도 들어갔을 때 와닿는 느낌이 ㅠㅠ 60cm 짜리 정사각형 타일이 가로 11개, 세로 6개, 거기다 외부의 반평 가량의 작은 베란다... 대략 7평 조금 넘는 숙소임. 익스테리어, 즉 외관 디자인 때문일까? 베란다마다 흙 & 식물 공간이 상당히 차지함. 차라리 그걸 좀 없애고 베란다를 좀 더 넓히는 것으로 활용했으면 어땠을까? 하는 생각도 들었음. (그렇게 하면 베란다에 작은 테이블, 또는 의자라도 놔둘 수 있지 않을까??) 2. 주변 많은 건물들이 밀집된 건물 중 하나로 심지어 숙박 공간은 그 안쪽에 있어 골목 안으로 들어가야 함. 즉 건물 안에서 밖을 바라보는 경관은 별로;;; === 장점은? 1. 직원들이 매우 친절함. 방긋 웃으면서! 2. 방은 작지만... 일단 깔끔함. 에어컨, TV, 천장 팬 등 작동 잘 되고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나옴. 3. 매일매일 청소를 해줌. 청소하는 아주머니도 친절함. 샴프, 커피 등 물품 떨어지면 매일 제공해줌. 4. 매일 조식을 제공해줌. 아무렇게나 대충 만든 싸구려 음식을 주는게 아니라 나름 맛있음. 맛 없었으면 매일 먹으러 내려가진 않았겠지 ㅎㅎ 조식 + 디저트용 과일 + 커피로 매일 하루를 시작함. 5. 수영장이 있음. 큰 수영장은 아니지만 난 나름 만족함. 태풍 때문에 폭우가 올 때 나 혼자서 비 맞으면서 놀았음.

Had a lovely time at the hotel, the people at the reception were very helpful and friendly and the room had everything we needed .The location was great with cafés, restaurants and grocery stores around and lots to do in the area. It’s a short walk to the beach and centrally located to visit the other attractions like Marble Mountains and Linh Ung Pagoda. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Da Nang!

Great place! Good location near Dong Da which has loads of food. Nice area, walkable with friendly people all around.

Everything was great, and Linh answers quickly. Very nice hotel, great staff and location. Two minutes from My Khe Beach.

A very beautiful apartment worth staying in. Was exactly like the photos and a very comfortable stay. Everything is very close and central, also a perfect place for if you are doing tourist activities as it’s a prime place to be picked up from. Overall a 10/10, definitely worth it

Eduardo was the best host ever! He was so helpful in everything starting with transportation, tips about the culture, finding atms etc. He went over and beyond when it came to showing me around the city - and it was one of the most fun nights of my life! Very friendly, very easy to talk to, very knowledgable, very helpful host. 10/10 recommend! Overall such a standout guy! Cheers to Eduardo!

Homestay này thật sự tuyệt vời! Không gian rộng rãi, thoải mái, đầy đủ tiện nghi, đặc biệt có cả máy giặt và máy sấy quần áo rất tiện lợi. Chủ nhà cực kỳ nhiệt tình, dễ thương, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ. Một nơi lý tưởng để nghỉ ngơi và tận hưởng kỳ nghỉ trọn vẹn!

Very nice and friendly

Le séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé, la chambre était conforme à la description bien que nous ayons un trou dans le plafond sûrement dû à l’humidité. Dans l’ensemble tout était nickel.

I had a great stay — the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the hotel was located very close to the ocean.

숙소가 미케비치와 가까워서 도보로 마실나가듯 이동가능했어요~~ 앞에 식당과 마트 등 편의시설도 많고 (세탁소와 약국이 큰길에 있어서 이용하기 좋았음) 무엇보다 직원분들이 친절해서 생수와 간식 등 필요한 것을 언제든지 챙겨주셔서 너무 좋았어요^^ 수영장도 사진처럼 예뻐서 사진찍기 좋았고 저흰 아이들과 함께 숙박했는데 애들도 수영장에서 재밌게 잘 놀았어요~ 룸도 생각보다 넓고 침대시트가 뽀송뽀송하고 매일 청소해주셔서 지내기 편했답니다 소음도 없구 에어컨도 시원하고 다음에 또 방문하고 싶은 숙소예요^^

My stay at Sunny Beach Hotel and Apartments was very pleasant! The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. My room was clean, laundry pickup and room cleaning was always on time! There was a restaurant located right downstairs and was never too loud during the whole month of my stay. And the best part of my stay was the host, Mr. Thi & his wife! They Always had a smile, very friendly, accommodating and made me feel Welcomed! I would happily go back and stay there, for that reason alone!
