This villa was a dream for remote work! Fast WiFi, plenty of natural light, and spacious rooms meant I could work productively and still have space to relax. The kitchen and BBQ area made it easy to eat in, and the nearby pickleball court was a fun break. The host was quick to respond and made check-in and out effortless. Will definitely be back.

Went here with a group of 10 people and it was very spacious and nice. Everything we needed the host answered and provided. Very flexible with our request and extension. Very cheap for a really nice place!

The room is right, 6 rooms, 6 private toilets, soaking in the middle, there are people who clean the room every day, there is a swimming pool in the middle, recommended

It's hard to find a better place than the photos, but it exactly matched the photos and stood out in some ways. The living room and kitchen were separated, so it was convenient, and the pool was good for the kids to play. However, the bathroom on the 3rd floor didn't drain well, so it was a little uncomfortable when I showered. And I think it would be nice if you let us know in advance before check-in that there is a deposit of 10,000 won. I had a good time with my friends and rested comfortably because you gave me feedback on the request right away. Thank you!

We, a group of four friends, recently stayed at this beautiful townhouse and absolutely loved it. Location :Located just 10–15 minutes from the city center and 20 minutes from Bui Vien Street, with cafes and convenience stores nearby. Host : The host was fantastic fluent in English, responsive, and even recommended a great local Pho spot. She will even go extra mile to help you at critical moment. I left my wallet and she got it couriered !!!! House : The townhouse was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of beds. The lift was fast, unlike many other places. The pool, while not fully private, was always empty and enjoyable. There's also a dedicated security guard, and we felt safe even leaving our passports behind when going out. The kitchen is stocked with essentials,perfect for making a simple breakfast. Suggestion :If there’s one thing to improve, maybe add a pool table. Haha. Otherwise, it was just perfect. Would I stay here again? Yes, 200%. Worth every penny !!

Amazing airbnb, we kept extending the check out date because we didn’t want to leave. The host was friendly and responsive. The place is amazing itself it felt like home. Can’t recommend enough to whoever is looking for their next accomodation. We will be back once every year to stay here

We had a nice time at the Ben's place. Location was good. A lot of shops and restaurants were around the house. We requested a few things during our stay to Ben. He was very helpful and quickly sort out our requests. We tried Ben's newly opened Restaurant "Farm Kitchen" and it was delicious.

I had a very comfortable vacation here. The host is very friendly and enthusiastic 🥰😘🥰 This place is newly built, so the facilities are very modern and complete. I will come back if I have the chance 🤩🤩🤩

Very nice and convenient Villa with lots of restaurants, convenient store and banks within walking distance. Accessible by car and easy to get there. very peaceful and safe with security guard at night. all rooms with en suite bathroom, very convenient. A few glitches here and there but the host was very attentive and solve them quickly. Comfortable and really enjoyable stay. Duong was very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend Duong's place!

It was clean and the facilities were very good. It was a bit of a pity that one of the eight rooms was on the outside of the house. Everything else was satisfactory.
