Because of the location and its altitude, there is no need for AC as the temperature is lower all day long, compared to the rest of the island.

Αυτό που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε είναι ότι εδώ θα έχετε την απόλυτη ελευθερία και ιδιωτικότητα σε ένα κτήμα 24στρ., σε απόσταση 1χλμ από την παραλία Παχύς. There is a bakery in the neighborhood and a supermarket within walking distance. Καλωσορίσατε στο σπίτι μου! Μια μικρή όαση ηρεμίας και άνεσης στην καρδιά της πόλης. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται λίγα λεπτά περπάτημα από το κέντρο της Θάσου. Στη γειτονιά υπάρχει επίσης φούρνος και σουπερ μάρκετ.
