Really nice top floor flat with great views of the harbour. Glenn was a top host and really responsive providing clear instructions. Would highly recommend!

Lilly communicated really well throughout our stay whenever we needed her. The place was spotless and well kept. The main bedroom is a fantastic size as is the kitchen/dining area. She had thoughtfully left chocolates and biscuits out as well as water and drinks in the fridge. These touches were really appreciated. The smart TV enabled us to log in and relax at the end of the day. Thank you Lilly

We had a great month at Captain’s Deck. The apartment has lots of seaside grandeur—big windows with panelling and huge handmade curtains that wouldn’t be out of place in an Agatha Christie novel. It was a comfortable and peaceful place to stay, with lovely views over the gardens and you wake up to the sound of the birds singing. The flat had everything we needed for a longer stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. The terrace was a real bonus! The location is great—nice and quiet but still close enough to walk down to the harbour (and easy to get a taxi back up if needed!) Meadfoot Beach is just a few minutes away, and the coastal path is right on the doorstep, perfect for a stroll. Daddyhole Plain has some great folklore, and the Headland Hotel next door is excellent for a meal. Jacqui was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful and quick to sort anything if needed. We had a really enjoyable stay, and it's somewhere we'll definitely come back to!

Nice property and within 15/20 minutes walking to beach. This location is not good for anyone with walking disabilities as it a long walk back up. King size bed very hard but that’s my choice and no problem as single bed was super soft. Lovely communication and kindly allowed us to check in early. Thank you. Nice hot shower and comfy sofa. I do not understand why everyone complains about no kitchen!! It clearly states in description, no kitchen. We took a bowl and various things to cater for this but they had all this in a cupboard. Seriously, this is a place for 4 people to sleep and dogs in Torquay, what do people expect, we were more than happy and as super hosts ourselves on BnB, we will definitely return.
