The price is included electricity, water, the private high speed internet and the cleaning service fees once a week. (NO EXTRA COST) The apartment is the personal apartment. (It's not a hotel) It's one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room. It facilitates a pool, a gym and a beautiful garden. The space is 34 sq.m. on 4 floor. The large shopping mall named Central Foresta is located next to the apartment. The hospital is just 5 minutes by car. I offer the airport transfer with cost for you.
