Open floor plan ground level historic barn turned into an airbnb. Cabin style with modern comforts. Fast wifi, Iowa State 10 mins away, Iowa rural but close to ames. Sleep in a trailer, sleep in a boat! Super chill atmosphere on 3 acres with porch to enjoy. Hotel accommodations like air conditioning, heat, clean sheets, towels and coffee/tea but camping style. The barn is self check-in (late arrival friendly) and check out. If needing only 1 night Sun-Thur just ask for offer. Gay Friendly!

The Urban Barn! private parking

Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This space is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!

My home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Ankeny with a 16 min. drive to downtown Des Moines and Wells Fargo Arena. The high trestle trail is about 8 blocks away with a nice park 1 block away. The highlight of my home is the newly remodeled bedrooms and bathroom. There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms. The guest bed is brand new. The living room has a 55” LG OLED 4k TV with a PlayStation 5. I have high-speed cable internet with cable through slingTV.

Welcome to my 1947 Highland Park Bungalow in the Post WWII/Art Deco style with some modern touches. Wonderful location to many amenities. Downtown, Drake University, a Major bike trail and marina for canoeing/kayaking the Des Moines River. Clean and cozy with a slightly challenging driveway. There is off street parking though and you can use the garage.
