Beautiful apartment. Amenities in the building make it well worth it.

The location is perfect. It’s very close to Central Park and many restaurants. It’s also very quiet inside and you don’t feel like you’re in the city.

A fantastic pied-a-terre for exploring the UES. The apartment is in an historic building which is located on a quiet street. Entry into the building/apartment is via an easy to use app. No need for keys or memorizing entry codes! The elevators and hallways are unimpressive, but the unit itself is bright (windows in every room, even the bathrooms and kitchen), quite spacious by NYC standards (huge primary bedroom with sitting area) and is decorated in a sophisticated minimalist vibe. Loads of closet space, sound dampening windows, great water pressure, very comfortable mattresses, quality linens, high end cookware with table settings for 4. W/D combo in the apartment and commercial W/D units in basement. Subway stations for 4,5,6,N,R,W lines are 10-12 min walk and it is less than 2 min walk to the bus stop for the 3,4,5 bus heading downtown. Two min walk to Central Park, 12 min walk to The Met. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Ana María was a wonderful and caring host—always attentive and incredibly warm. Her home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in NYC. It’s in a very convenient location at a great price, with a lovely garden and easy access to key streets like Columbus, Amsterdam, and Broadway. Central Park, restaurants, cafés, and the subway are all nearby, yet the neighborhood remains quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing after a day out. I highly recommend staying at Ana María’s place during your visit to New York City!
