Newly renovated basement suite (2024) with many little extras to discover. Hot tub in private cedar gazebo with 180 view of a bush and large back and side yards or if you prefer more privacy curtains can be drawn all around. Gazebo is heated by a propane fireplace. Peaceful neighbourhood in Clarence Point, nice trails and area to go for walks. When time permits, we also offer a complimentary 20 min guided tour of the area aboard a 6 seater ATV. Beautiful log cabin located on the edge of a small private lake (no motor) where only residents have access. A second swimmable lake is easily accessible within a 5-minute walk. It includes a large mezzanine bedroom upstairs, as well as a small bedroom on the ground floor. It will charm you with its tranquility and the nature that surrounds it. Several tourist attractions are just a few kilometers away for adventure enthusiasts.
