Holiday rentals with a patio in Thessalia

Central, but quiet, peaceful and very clean accomodation. Everything you might need, was there. Walking distance through Volos. Private parking. Great and friendly and always reachable host. Perfect stay. We stayed for one night only, because we wanted to reach the first ferry in the morning. Two minutes ride to the port of Volos.

Der Aufenthalt war absolut perfekt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen – klare Empfehlung!

The studio apartment is located in a secluded and quiet spot among the trees. It's in a beautiful building and it's a 7 minute drive to the centre of Skopelos. It has an amazing beach only a 5 minute drive from there. Everything was clean and tidy and the host was super responsive. Only a couple of things were odd but they didn't lessen our experience. Even though there's a box for the key, we met with Rania's sister to guide us to the place which was a sweet, but unnecessary touch. During the check out instructions they asked us to remove all the rubbish ourselves, and then to also place all our towels in a box. I found it weird that there's a cleaning fee but we still had to remove the trash ourselves.

Ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Stadt war zu Fuß ganz schnell zu erreichen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

The flat was very clean and stylish. The bed was amazing and there was a mosquito net on the window, so we could leave it open at all times. There was a spaceous place to sit outside, sourrounded by nature. It was very quiet at night and bird singing woke us up in the morning. The huge parking was just in front of the building. The nearest shop was 150 m away, the seaside and city center were cca 300 m away. The best part of this amazing experience was the host. Filitsa was kind and nice, she responded very fast to our every question and gave us many local recommendations. She helped us with advice, even when we were not her guest anymore. We had a feeling she really cares for all her guests. This was one of our best accomodations in 10 years. And beaches were also amazing. If you get a chance to stay at this place, you could count yourself lucky! I would love to do that again in the future!

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, υπέροχο διαμέρισμα. Σε εξαιρετικό σημείο για εξερευνήσεις, πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα. πολύ ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης,ο οποίος απαντούσε άμεσα σε ότι τον ρωτήσαμε. Δεν χρειαστηκαμε απολύτως τίποτα όμως, το σπίτι σου παρέχει όλα όσα μπορεί να χρειαστείς.

Moderne und stylische Wohnung, Top-Lage (Restaurants, Supermarkt etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe). Ilia und seine Frau waren überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir wurden sogar zum Strand gebracht und zum Flughafen, obwohl wir nicht gefragt hatten. Einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin Ionna. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, καθαρός , μοντέρνος και άνετος. Διέθετε όλες τις ευκολίες και τον εξοπλισμό που μπορεί να ζητήσει κανείς. Πολύ σημαντικό το γεγονός ότι μπορούσες να αφήσεις το αυτοκίνητο σε διπλανό χώρο πάρκινγκ με μειωμένη τιμή.

Just amazing! The beach, views, privacy, outdoor kitchen.. everything. Can recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from all the noise and busy life. Also the host is responsive and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and see.

We spent our Easter holidays with our kids and extended family from Greece and Germany — and everyone absolutely loved it! The location is exceptional, close to Litochoro and Plaka, with stunning views of Mount Olympus and the sea. It’s the perfect place for a large group or big family. The kids had a great time playing in the garden, enjoying the small private playground, and exploring the natural surroundings. We made good use of the kitchen and the outdoor barbecue area to cook and enjoy meals together — everything we needed was right there. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’re already planning to come back!

What an amazing place and host. As the last leg of our Greece trip, this was the perfect island and place to top it off. The place was in the middle of everything, was. Clean, chic, modern and high end; like it was your own. Louisa as a host went above and beyond our high expectations. An absolutely beautiful stay! This AirBnB exceeded all of our expectations. From the hosts communication, kindness and hospitality right down to the view - everything was beyond perfect. My partner and I will remember this holiday and accommodation as one of our best, and we plan on revisiting in the years to come.

This place was even better than we hoped. Manolis made it so easy by meeting us at the ferry and helping to arrange our taxis. The property is breathtakingly beautiful with all the fruit trees and flowers and herb garden overlooking the sea. The rooms were perfectly decorated and supplied with everything we needed. So comfortable and peaceful! The rocky beach down below was so pleasant and we loved the taverna. We definitely hope to be able to return!

Jilly is amazing and her communication is top notch! Skopelos doesn’t really use addresses, so follow the instructions she provides & you can’t go wrong. Make sure to pin the apartment once you arrive to make it easy to return to after seeing the island or dinner. 😊 We forgot to pin it the first day but we can’t complain as getting lost among the beautiful homes was a hidden treat (they are so beautiful)! Jilly provided local recommendations for a tour of the island and places to eat and they were PERFECT! Zahos the taxi driver provided our pick up from the Agnontas port and gave us a tour of the hidden gems of the island. Wonderful! If you are there on Sunday, don’t miss dinner with live music at Restaurant Dougia. Oh my, sooo good and the atmosphere was perfect. The apartment was clean and gorgeous and walkable to so many beautiful views. There is no WiFi or TV, so make sure you have data to communicate with your tour guides. Yanna was a terrific host and very keen to help out with all our questions and needs. She was also proactive in suggesting places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The house is beautiful and the views from the three balconies stunning. The only downside was that public transport (one bus line to Skopelos Town at infrequent times) was insufficient to explore all parts of the island or even to go food shopping, so car rental was necessary, even though Yanna offered to give us lifts, when she was free. This was however easy and economic to arrange in Loutraki. We would certainly rent this property again!

Ειχα μια υπεροχη διαμονη,ηταν πεντακαθαρα ολα και πανω απο ολα τα παρειχε ολα το σπιτι και ειχε και ενα υπεροχο μπαλκονι με θεα το καστρο.Επισης το σπιτι ητανε σε απιστευτο σημειο στην πολη και ηταν ολα κοντα σου, αν ξανα επισκεφτώ τα τρικαλα θα ειναι η πρωτη μου επιλογη να μεινω ξανα εκει

Όμορφος χώρος, αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης, μεγάλο μπόνους η άνετη θέση σταύθμευσης, η Σωτηρία πολύ επεξηγηματική και αναλυτική. Αν και τύχαμε αρκετά κρύες ημέρες, η θέρμανση με φυσικό αέριο ήταν κατι παραπάνω απο επαρκής (ευχάριστη έκπληξη συγκριτικά με άλλα καταλύματα που θερμαίνονται με κλιματιστικά).

Wir hatten einen entspannten und sehr gut organisierten Aufenthalt! Zudem waren unsere Gastgeber äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Alles war da, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Das Appartement war sinnvoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und nutzbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war einwandfrei! Sehr nette Leute!!! Gerne wieder 😉

Dafina con la sua disponibilità non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. L'appartamento è nuovo,silenzioso, ampio,pulito,dotato di ogni comfort e con una splendida terrazza . E il punto ideale x visitare la Kassandra. Spiagge e servizi principali sono facilmente raggiungibili. Posto perfetto per il relax

Fabulous location! Everything you would need within 2-15 minute walk including restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, markets, pharmacies and all types of very nice clothing stores. The apartment is so modern and efficient with a big balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Nafsika was an amazing host, always available and gave us wonderful suggestions that made our stay effortless. We would definitely stay here again when visiting family in Larissa.

This was a comfortable place to stay while in Litochoro. The studio is within walking distance of the city center and a number of great restaurants, a walking path to the Enipeas Gorge, and local supermarkets. Arteti is a kind, knowledgable, and enthusiastic host. When she learned of our interests in hiking, she gave us a number of excellent recommendations for trails and places to visit in the area and loaned us a helpful map that we used to navigate. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend Areti as a wonderful host to fellow travelers out there!

new, clean apartment with a large balcony Nikos is very helpful and responds immediately. easy to reach location and convenient for restaurants and shops. it is not easy to park because it is in a paid area but just go up the parallel street to leave the car.

Το κατάλυμα το βρήκαμε εύκολα και ήταν όπως ακριβώς και στις φωτογραφίες. Ένας οργανωμένος χώρος και παρείχε οτι θα ήθελε κανείς να συναντήσει για να αισθανθεί οικεία. Πολυ σημαντικό ήταν πως ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ βοηθητικός, μας έδωσε όλες τις πληροφορίες για το σπίτι, ηταν φιλικός και προσαρμόστηκε με το πρόγραμμα της άφιξης μας. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά και επομένως το συστήνουμε !
