Very nice house in a quiet location. Good amenities and Frederic is a perfect host and always strives for the well-being of his guests. But the very best thing is the massage that we were able to enjoy from Frederic directly in the house in our own massage room. He is a very experienced and perfect masseur who knows his craft and is worth every cent of the price for the massage.

Impeccable accommodation, very well furnished, very well equipped, very well located and very clean. it was a pleasure to discover the region from this accommodation:with many interesting sites and hikes nearby (35 min max) of the accommodation: Lac Chambon, Besse, Puy de Sancy, Puy de Pariou, Puy de Dôme, Vulcania... the Arvernha resort agency is very professional, so I would definitely recommend this agency and this accommodation!

Everything was present to provide for your comfort. Extra toilet rolls, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, oven gloves, fine and clean bed, delicious large towels, etc. The view is phenomenal and the garden is fenced.

There were 6 adults and 4 children in the accommodation. It was very clean and spacious with the sleeping area separate from the living area which is perfect for letting the children sleep! We had a lovely family stay at Stéphane and Julie's. The accommodation is spacious and functional. The apartment is very well equipped and my child was happy to have a room with several toys to have fun as well as stories to fall asleep. We didn't miss a thing. Just provide a night mask if the daylight is disturbing in the bedrooms upstairs. It is in a great location and right next to the city center. The environment is quiet and peaceful and parking is very easy. Julie was very responsive in answering our questions and the information was clear. We recommend this listing. Thanks for everything.

Jacques is an available host and concerned about our well-being. The apartment is very nice, with a beautiful view of the waterfall and snow-capped mountains. Ideally located (right next to the tourist office and shops). The apartment is not large, but it doesn't feel that way because it is very well furnished and very well-equipped. There's even a fondue machine and raclette machine. It has a room to store skis and après-ski gear. We had a lovely stay there, and if I go back to Mont Dore I will come back if possible to this apartment. Recommended!
