This local arboretum and garden provides good walks, has excellent views of the local area and is located next to a pretty public house serving food.

A Lovely walk next to the Swettenham Arms Pub. Dogs allowed on leads and costs £2 per adult which you pay via an honesty box at the entrance. Park in the Swettenham Arms pub car park. After your walk treat yourself to a drink or breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Swettenham Arms. Delicious food, a lovely welcome. I can highly recommend sitting outside the pub in the summer as there is a beautiful lavender field.
