This place does fish. And they know what they are doing. Pretty low prices, good service. Makes you feel like you just walked into your grandmas house.

Highly recommend this affordable seafood place. You can find them both at 'Grandi' and 'Lækjargata'. Really good quality.

I love this little fish restaurant. It serves the dish sizzling hot on a pan. It is a cosy and small restaurant. The prices are average as restaurants in Iceland are expensive. But note as I have mentioned before that in Iceland there is no accustom to tip. Messinn has also another restaurant (same name) in Grandi, which is a nice harbour area. There they have a fish buffet restaurant. Also a good one with better prices at lunchtime.
