Spray Lakes is the local recreation and sports facility. It is currently in the midst of a multi-million dollar expansion to add a swimming pool and curling rink. There are gym and workout facilities, plus classes of every kind imaginable from yoga to zumba to aerobics to spin classes. Childcare is offered on site. Families, couples, and singles will find something to meet their interests. As well, Seniors on the Bow is very busy offering groups, classes, and activities for those 55+. Once a month, they offer a meal for anyone wishing to get together. Check their website for details and schedules.

A good option for an indoor activity that is in Cochrane which is a 12 minute drive from the rental house. They offer swimming, fitness equipment, climbing, ice skating, curling, and an indoor turf and track.

Swimming, rock climbing, workouts, classes, curling, hockey, gymnasium, inflatables, etc. Super fun for the family. 8 minutes away from the property.
