My absolute winner. 4pokoje serves the best bruch in Brno no doubts here. This place is a bit special because it is open almost 24 hours and you can go there in the evening for a drink. However, I prefer to go there for brunch. Be careful though, it's a bit more expensive

Good late night bar offering coctails or beer. It's typical after a certain hour for Czech bars to only serve penaka (a shot). This place will is good because it is lively and also sells beer all night. Feels slightly less pretentious then other bars owned by the same company. Overpriced. No standing at the bar allowed.
