Tips from locals
Twenty-one years ago, a blonde Norwegian named Else arrived in Montreal and opened what is known today as "the Gem of the Plateau"
Small neighbourhood bistro. Warm, cozy and very local crowd. Must take a snack when drinking. Always a nice experience. ~8-10 minutes walk
Quaint bar with great drinks selection (check out their whisky list). Excellent for date nights. You have to order food to drink here though.
The best tacos in town (shrimps)...even awsome veagan options. Everything on the menu is just awsome. The pub's ambiance is also one of my favorite's in town.
