Mira Gut Beach Is the closest beach to Sydney, being about a 25-minute drive. This is a very popular beach on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Be sure to check when the tide is out and you can walk for miles into the ocean. This beach is split into two sides, with one of the sides having a lifeguard. The green bridge that connects the two sides is a popular place for jumping into the water.
