In this area, not far from Iwakuraji, you can stroll around the beautiful botanical gardens, laid out as gorgeous parklands. There are BBQ and picnic grounds, and you can actually order a food pack for the BBQs! In spring the area is famous for its varieties of mountain cherry blossoms, in shades of pink through purple!
