You choose everything: pasta cooked on site, sauces (a dozen on the menu), cheese and additional ingredients (fresh tomatoes, olives, fried onions, spices, herbs, etc.), a wide range of desserts ranging from delicious pastries (donuts, brownies, cookies) to lighter desserts (apple compote, fruit salad, fromage blanc) or more original desserts made daily on site (tiramisu, cupcakes, etc.).
