Take the One Mile Creek Track opposite the carpark, up the hill. There is a historical power station on the way, then a lovely stream that goes through small rocky canyons up to a small weir. You won't believe you are so close to Queenstown, as it feels so tranquil! Watch out for mountain bikers on the way, as there are a few tracks that cross the main trail, but they are well sign posted.
