Closest dog walking, 5 minutes drive. There are car parks at Longslade View, Longslade Bottom, Horse Shoe Bottom and Wilverley. Great places to see the local animals - horses, donkeys, cows etc.

Great walk along a disused railway line in the New Forest. Venture off into the woods and you will find wood camps.

Beautiful forest walk with hidden rope swings and dens (20 minute drive away). It has access to the disused railway line with a flat cycle path leading one way to Brockenhurst and the other to Burley, past the Holmsley tea rooms. It is an hours walk from Holmsley Tea rooms or a 5 minute drive. The cycle route to the tea rooms has part of the route along a busy road so is at your own discretion.
