A great way to travel into the City. A very cheap way to see the Harbour without forking out money for a Harbour Cruise. It stops at Cockatoo Island, Balmain, Barangaroo and Circular Quay. In peak weekend periods, the ferries get very full, so best to travel early in the day to ensure you get a seat.

check the ferry schedule - and make sure you know which direction you are going - up river means west to Homebush - Darling Harbour or Circular Quay means the city
