Not a bad little stumble cafe, very relaxed and good hearty food. Staff are great and the cafe is reasonably new. Cool location, tucked behind the hustle and bustle of Whitehall Street. Worth a visit.

Happy River Cafe has one of the best views in Footscray. The bluestone building is on a hill overlooking the Maribyrnong River and the city, away from the bustle of Footscray. This cafe is family friendly :-)
