A historic and authentic indoor bazaar with a mix of aromas from Indian spices and incenses to the various meals cooked by locals. There is a mixture of cultures that pass through the market. Various traders offering fresh fruit & vegetables, fabrics, local arts & crafts, souvenirs and gifts.

The current Victoria Street Market was built at the beginning of the 1980s. It replaced the famous Indian Market which dated back to 1910 but was destroyed by fire in 1973."
