Go Go Curry Curry is Japanese comfort food. 9 out of 10 or all Japanese would say that we grow up eating curry more than sushi or tempura. Some say it is our soul food, but all families have their recipe of curry and mom's curry is always the best, so we would say that it is Japanese comfort food. As children, we eat once a week at school provided lunch. Go Go Curry is originated in Ishikawa prefecture, and our curry style which serves black thick curry sauce over well selected rice, with very thinly shredded cabbage and crispy deep fried pork cutlet in the stainless plate with a folk is based on the region called Kanazawa and known as Kanazawa Curry.
