It was with great pleasure that we renovated this house while keeping its soul. Everything is designed to make sure that you do not miss anything. Equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, kitchenware, dishes. Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... small grocery store on site: chips, sausage, chocolate, cake... local products. You have the whole place to yourself, kitchen, dining table. Living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, desk, internet, Wi-Fi, TV.

You will travel the surrounding country roads thanks to two electric bikes and an urban bike at your disposal.

"La Maison d'à côté", a small country house, refurbished, welcomes you for a work stay or a family stay. Located in a village of 1200 inhabitants, 10 km from Langres and 1 km from the LANGRES-NORD motorway exit, junction of the A5 and A31 motorways. In the center of the village, you will have access to essential shops: Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket (open every day), doctor, nurses, garages, bar-restaurant, food truck. No parking worries.

Large family suite with character

Enjoy one or more nights in a medieval Burgundian castle! This home is a two-bedroom suite, one of which is in a tower (no kitchen). They are tiled with terracotta and the French ceiling is made of oak. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower (Languedoc marble and Burgundy stone) and a toilet. Breakfast, served in a room of the castle, is included in the price shown. Accommodation for 4 people, or 5 with an extra bed.

The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

The Charm of the Lake

You will be 100 meters from the beach and the nautical base (pedal boat, canoe...). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5 km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

Quiet house in a small village 15 minutes from Langres, its ramparts, its 4 lakes, and its national forest park. Swimming, water activities, hiking or cycling, walks, fishing, nearby visits. 45 minutes from Dijon. Also ideal for a quiet break, with children, on the vacation route.

The MoNa Mill

Charming renovated house, located on the banks of the Marne, in a setting of greenery and tranquility. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.

My accommodation is next to the hospital, clinic & gendarmerie school. It is good for couples, solo or businessman. It is located on a busy street, very quiet, you can easily park in a private courtyard with a location. 5 minute walk there is a grocery store open until 11pm and just across the street from the bakery. You will access the city center within 10 minutes.
